I am motivated by witnessing personal development in clients, parents, employees, students, and novice clinicians - especially during critical "aha" moments. By being a part of a person’s growth, I can only hope we all see the growth of our society as a whole.
Elizabeth holds a Masters of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis (2017) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame (2013). She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#09926191) in the state of Colorado since 2019 and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS-4699) since 2022.

I have spent my career working with a wide variety of people in some capacity, mostly through the educational and parks and recreation systems. As a lifelong learner myself, I get excited when I am able to share strategies, concepts, thoughts or opinions and a "lightbulb" goes on for someone. Teaching, coaching, mentoring, guiding, and supporting have always been my favorite parts of a job. Through all of my experiences - as a parent, in my career, personal experiences, and playing sports - I have realized that the journey is easier when you have a strong team supporting you.
Lara holds a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services. She has her Colorado Teaching License with Special Education and Physical Education endorsements. Lara is also a Certified Health Coach.
